The #1 Reason People Don’t Succeed

The main reason why people don’t succeed is because they don’t finish what they start. This kind of behavior becomes a HABIT—a very hard habit to change. Your default mode of thinking becomes something like, “I don’t like doing this anymore, there’s no point anyway.”

Each time you think like that, you become even more conditioned to take the easy way out and to habitually NOT complete tasks … which can only lead to failure.

Here’s a quick exercise for you: start doing something you’ve always wanted to do, and commit to doing it at least two times a week (four if you can).

Doesn’t matter what it is: going for morning walks, exercising, reading, studying an interesting topic, donating time to a non-profit cause—whatever.

Just do something that gets you into a routine and a rhythm. The more you do it, the more it becomes second nature.
