Hello my name is Byron Skjerdal. I live in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada. Where is southern Saskatchewan ? We are right in the middle of the praire provinces.  Our part of the province is either farming or the oilfield.  I have been involved in both. My parents are farmers, and I also am involved with the family farm.

       I graduated from University of Saskatchewan with a Diploma in Agriculture in 1984. After graduation, there was a oil drilling rig about 2 miles from my parents house. Thus started my career in the oil patch. The oil patch has been a great job, it took me all over saskatchewan and even played a role in finding my wife.

        I have been happily married since 1986, and we have 3 great teenage children. They are actively involved in sports such as curling, soccer, and enjoy playing music.

        The oilpatch has been good to me finanicially, there is no shortage of work and lots of opportunity to do and try different things. But what if you are a person that marches to his own drum ? Do you dare say that” I want more out of life than my job or boss can give me”. Of all the rich people that I know, all of them are business owners. Well how do you start a business ? Lots of people don’t have the money to buy a Mc donalds or other real estate properties. What do you get involved in ?

        In 2008, I started looking at how to create wealth online. If you were to google “make money online” there are millions of sites all claiming the same thing. Click on me I can show you, overnight success, make 50 k in the next 2 months. This is where I got lost in the confusion. Which one do you choose, who is a scam, and who can I trust ?
